The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting more than 25,000 entries every year. The mission of the American Advertising Awards is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising.
The Desert Scholars
The Desert Scholars competition provides students with a hands-on opportunity to create a mock advertising campaign for a national organization. Students develop and showcase their marketing and advertising skills while receiving feedback from industry professionals. This competition is open to individual high school students AND student teams (max of 3).
Boost & Bloom
“Boost & Bloom” aims to empower one local business member of the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce by offering a comprehensive marketing makeover at no cost. Our goal is to equip participants with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to revitalize their marketing efforts and thrive in a competitive landscape.

To honor an individual whose exceptional career has made a lasting impact on the advertising industry, particularly within the Coachella Valley community. This award recognizes an individual’s longstanding contributions, leadership, and innovation within the advertising industry, with an emphasis on their positive influence on the local community and the industry as a whole.
